Estos autos Corte Nº 086/2011 “SILVA, José Leandro - c/ SECRETARÍA DE TURISMO DE LA PROVINCIA DE CATAMARCA - s/ Amparo” y
CONSIDERANDO:
Lo resuelto por esta Corte de Justicia a fs.130 y vta., mediante Sentencia Interlocutoria Nº89 de fecha 31 de agosto de 2011 y atento lo normado por los Arts.3 de la Ley 2725 y 56 de la Ley 3956,
LA CORTE DE JUSTICIA DE CATAMARCA
RESUELVE:
1) Remitir la presente causa al Archivo Judicial y Notarial del Poder Judicial, a los fines de su archivo y posterior incineración, luego de cumplido el término de veinte años y previo estudio de la Comisión respectiva.-
2) Protocolícese y hágase saber.-
